Mandatory Military service

In my argumentative essay I’m planning to write about mandatory military service. As we all know military service is class for making citizens with strong characters. Military service is mandatory in almost half of the world countries. The point of writing this essay is that citizens are not happy to go to military service because of 2 big reasons which are its wasting time and effects on education. For that reason citizens are always looking for ways how they could escape from army. For example in Korea case you don’t go to army if you graduated from PHD degree only in KAIST. That is why many of my Korean friends who study at KAIST they are planning to study PHD degree in KAIST for not going to military service. Even though mandatory military service has several disadvantages, it also has several advantages and benefits which will be important during the rest of our life such as making people responsible, learning new skills and making true friends. On my opinion military service must be mandatory. Even though many people think that military service must not be mandatory, in my essay I’m going to show them by facts that military service must be mandatory.

Designer Baby

First of all let me introduce what Designer baby is, because maybe some of you are not familiar with it. According the wikipedia.org website "Designer baby refers to a baby whose genetic makeup has been artificially selected by genetic engineering combined with in vitro fertilization to ensure the presence or absence of particular genes or characteristics"(wikipedia.org). Moreover my designing baby you could also choose gender, eye color and hair color of your baby. But the main purpose of designing baby is to make him healthy and without any kind of disease. I heard about Designer Baby couple of weeks ago and it roused interest in me. As we are studying in scientific university, I guess it will also be interesting for readers to learn about new technologies which are developing every day.

Before writing the essay about Designer Baby I’m going to make a deep research about it on Internet. Firstly I’m going to write about designer baby in general. What is that and how the procedure happening. Secondly I’m planning to write about its biological risks and negative effects. And finally I’m going to write about is that morally right to design the baby? But the main part of my essay will be related with its biological risks. In some sources I found out that it has some biological risks but from the other hand in other sources it is mentioned that there is no biological risk in designer baby.
